As founder of the Euphoric Explorers, Liz wears many hats. Born and raised in Minnesota, she finally escaped the harsh winters and moved to San Diego in 2009.
Liz has a degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota and has held several global marketing and communications roles throughout her career.
She has a keen interest in wine, holds a professional certification in Wine Appreciation, and recently launched two wine brands. Liz enjoys sampling international cuisines and preparing exotic dishes from around the world.

Nicole is our chief photographer, precise fact-checker, and social media specialist who is currently in San Diego, California. She graduated from the Perpich Center for Arts Education in Minnesota where she specialized in Photography, Graphic Design, and Media Arts.
Nicole spent several years in the hospitality industry and developed a keen interest in food, nutrition, yoga, and wellness practices around the world. When she is not taking photos, Nicole spends her time exploring new places, cultures, and experiences.
